What We Collect

• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. We see aggregated pageviews, device type, country — never personally identifying data.
• Newsletter: If you subscribe, we store your email via Formspree to send you GTA 6 update emails.
• Contact form: Name, email, and message — sent via Formspree to offroad.running.pilot@gmail.com.
• Cookies: Strictly-necessary cookies for site function, plus Google Analytics cookies. No advertising cookies are set by us directly.

Affiliate Tracking

When you click an Amazon affiliate link on ViceCityHub, Amazon may set cookies to track that the purchase originated from us. We never see your purchase data — only an aggregated commission report.

Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics — anonymized analytics. Google's privacy policy.
• Google AdSense — may serve personalised ads if you've consented elsewhere on the web.
• Formspree — handles newsletter and contact form submissions. Their policy.
• Amazon Associates — affiliate program for product recommendations.
• YouTube embeds — Google may set cookies when you press play on an embedded trailer.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, rectify, port, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email offroad.running.pilot@gmail.comwith the subject "Data Request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the official opt-out browser add-on.

Data Retention

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default.

Children

ViceCityHub is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
